This privacy policy applies only to the information collected through visitors (i.e., users) of our Website. Unless otherwise noted, the Website and our products and services are provided by Emozo Labs, Inc. inside of the United States and Asia, (collectively, “Emozo”, “we”, “our” or “us”).

Privacy Shield Framework
Emozo Labs, Inc. participates in and has certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-US Privacy Shield Framework ( “Privacy Shield Framework”). We are committed to processing all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries and Switzerland, in reliance upon the Privacy Shield Framework, in accordance with the Framework’s applicable Principles. We are responsible for the processing of personal data we receive under the Privacy Shield Framework, and may subsequently transfer such data to a third party acting as an agent on our behalf. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions thereunder. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, we are subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. When you register via our Website, register to a Emozo event, communicate with our customer service or sales department, or send us an email, you are providing us with information which we collect. Such information may include the following:
- Contact Information: Your name, physical address, email address, phone number, cell phone number
- Personal Information: Information such as gender, occupation and/or other demographic information.
By providing us with the above information, you consent to your information being collected, used, disclosed and stored by us in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We may obtain additional information about you by using your email address, or other information, to directly, or through one or more services, search over the internet, or elsewhere. Emozo collects your information in order to record, support and facilitate your participation in the activities you choose and to prevent fraudulent and unlawful use. If you register to a Webinar, information is collected to qualify the entry and to contact you regarding the Webinar details. Your personal information may also be used to track customer preferences to provide a customized Website experience and keep you informed about product upgrades, special offers, and other products and services of Emozo and selected third-party providers, unless you have opted not to receive such communications or such communications are prohibited by applicable law. Emozo may collect information about the use of the Website, such as the number of downloads, types of products and/or services viewed, how many Website users we receive daily, Website pages visited, and the IP address of your computer. Emozo may use non-identifying statistical data for purposes of improving the Website and our products and services, in order to provide more relevant experiences to our customers and for statistical analysis. Communications you may receive - Newsletters
If you wish to subscribe to our newsletter(s), we will use your name and the email address provided to send the newsletter to you. If you wish to no longer receive these emails you may follow the unsubscribe instructions contained in each of the email communications you receive or contact us.

Our third party service providers
We may use third parties such as an email service provider, to send out emails and/or provide cloud-computing infrastructure (i.e., datacenter services) and job application on our behalf. Access to your personal information and choice
Emozo acknowledges that you have the right to access your personal information. If your personally identifiable information changes, or if you no longer desire our service, you may choose to correct, update, delete/deactivate or access it by emailing us directly at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe, not to exceed 30 days. We will retain your information for so long as your account is active or you have not unsubscribed or otherwise contacted us directly to remove your information from our database, or as necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy. Please note that we will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

The security of your personal information is important to us. We follow industry best practices to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Tracking technologies
Emozo and its partners use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the website, track users’ movements around the Website, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. In particular, we use Google Analytics in order to perform the aforementioned.
