How It Works

Start with the decision, not the study.

Emozo begins with the GTM question a team needs to answer and bring together the evidence already available before determining whether additional research is needed.

The process is designed to establish what is known, identify where confidence is still missing, and focus new research only on the gaps that matter to the decision.

Synthesize Existing Evidence

Bring together what is already known from past decisions, research and recurring reports. Place that evidence in the context of the current GTM question so teams can start from existing learning rather than commissioning new work immediately.

Identify Blind Spots

Separate the questions that can already be answered from the areas where confidence is still missing. This helps teams see exactly what remains uncertain and where additional validation is needed before a decision can be made.

Targeted Primary Research

Use new research only where a clear evidence gap remains. Primary research is focused on the specific questions that still need to be resolved, helping teams avoid unnecessary work and build the confidence needed to move forward.
